Summer Plans- Why I haven't posted.
Dear Reader,
I am a terrible blogger and I must ask forgiveness. I am so sorry I haven't posted in such a long time, I will do my best to explain.
So, first of all, at my house we have not good at all WiFi. It doesn't work good, and I need WiFi to post, so that is the first reason.
Second reason, our computer doesn't always work good. It can be super slow, that combined with slow WiFi makes not good posting conditions.
Then, third reason, school. I am home schooled, and I have to do my math through out the summer. I don't like this at all, but I have to finish, so, yeah.
Next, fourth reason, we had family visiting on some of the weekends. I didn't post then because they were here, and I was spending time with them.
Then was my mom's birthday.
Next reason, the biggest reason, the most exciting reason, my summer plans reason. (This calls for suspense)

Okay! Enough suspense! I'll tell you my summer plans!
-------------------------
So this summer I will be working with CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship).
From June 20 through the 29 I was at CYIA (Christian Youth In Action) training. This training was at Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, MI (about five hours from where I live). Now this isn't a camp, it's a training, and it's intense. Our schedule was jam-packed with classes, practice, and worship.
I'll give you an idea of the schedule.
So, Wednesday, the day we got there.
First was registration. In registration we got our name tags, paid any money we needed to from the cost, turned in any medications, turned in our phones (Nope, no cellphones until a certain time), turned in our Bible Lesson Study Questions and Memory Verse Sheets, and we got our teaching kits!!
In our Teaching kits we have, our binders with all of the papers we'd need for classes in them and our schedules, visuals- song visuals, missions visuals, Bible lesson visuals, missionary story visuals, prayer teaching visuals, word up (Phrase of the day) visual, memory verse visual, Rules visual, all kinds of visuals, Bible lesson text, and missionary story text. Throughout the next days we were given supplies for games to put into our bags.
After registration we ate dinner, and unpacked our bags.
Next was orientation. We basically just went over the rules again.
Then we met our study groups. It just happened to be that my study group leader is one of my best friends. She lives close to me, and we hangout quit a bit. I was very excited when I realized who's study group I was in!
You have to wake up by 6:30, and devotions is at 7:00, breakfast at 7:30, and classes start at 8:15. Lights out isn't until 10:30. Like I said, a jam-packed schedule.
The next two days, Thursday, and Friday, had the same schedule mostly.

There are some other things you should know,
One, It may sound like this training is all work and no fun, but in reality it is a lot of fun. I personally grew closer to God during training, and I learned a lot about myself. On the outside I may not seem different, but I feel changed on the inside. I made some knew friends, and I grew really close to one of the leaders. Me and this leader met on Sunday when we realized how similar our hair is. Now this may sound really silly, but it is how we became friends. Sunday morning we both had our hair down, and I got asked if I was related to her, I kept telling people that, and she heard and thought it was so cool. We spent Free time together, and got to know each other better. Then for the rest of training we called each other hair twin! It was the best thing that happened there for me. I miss her so much already, but there's a chance we will see each other this summer, so that is good.
Also, I think you should know, I did this training because I wanted to be able to teach others about Jesus, and Salvation. God told me to do this training so that I could tell others about Him. I learned so much there, and I made a few close friends. I can't wait to go back next year so I can learn more.
Well, Reader, that brings my story to an end for now. I'd love it if you commented and told me your summer plans, and if you have an questions, just ask them. If nobody asks, then nobody will get an answer!
Happy Fourth of July! Have fun today! 😀🎉🎆
