January 1 2017 

I don't know why my parents gave me this stupid journal. They said it would do me good to write down my thoughts on paper. Well my thoughts are I'm not the type of girl who writes down her mushy boyfriend dreams in her diary. I don't even like to write down my thoughts! Sure, I like to write about other people and made up characters, but not about me! Who would want to read about my terrible life anyways? Not me! This is the first and last entry in this stupid journal!!

January 2 2017

I know I said I wouldn't write again, but for some reason it doesn't seem right to leave all this paper blank. Maybe that's because my parents left the price tag on the back and it said $10.00. Ten whole dollars for nothing? My mom would be mad if she knew I wasn't planning to write in here. I don't want her to be mad, that's the only reason I'm going to write! Nobody wants to hear about my life!

If your bored with this I suggest you stop now. I have to keep writing because I told my mom I liked to write in here.
I suppose I should tell you about myself. One, my name is Callista Violet James. Two, I'm 13 years old and in 8th grade. Three, I have two younger sisters and an older brother. Four, I love acting. Five, I am the only one in the world with the problems I have.

I have so many problems. One of the is my siblings. I don't fit in with them. I don't fit in with my family! One, I'm the only one with curly dark brown hair. Two, I am skinny and they aren't. Three, I am a Christian. They all claim to not have a religion. My aunt lead me to Christ. I am glad of that. I am proud to be a Christian. I am happy I don't fit in sometimes.
